Trust you are well! When are you coming to Vancouver? Lots to tell but we are doing a house exchange in Cornwall, UK, next August. In September I hope to spend two weeks in Languedoc, cycling, while Cora Lee spends two weeks in Italy with her Book Club! Thanks very much for the birthday wishes! Just opened all of my presents about an hour ago in spite of the fact that both Chloë and Cora Lee wanted me to open them last night! (We went out for dinner, with Rosita, Dusty and Chloë at Sandbar and then to Santaland Diaries by David Sedaris, (one of Chloë's favourite authors), at the Revue Stage on Granville Island, within easy walking distance for us. Both were simply wonderful!) The un-opened gifts were driving them crazy, just like little kids! Coriandre is just glad that I'm now 65, along with her!!! Keep in touch! Fred sent me pictures from the great party that you held for Kevin and
Bev on their visit. I would loved to have been there. I was very fond of Kevin and got to know
Bev well while she waited for Kevin to
get off the court. I also kept in touch by email for a long time. It
looks like a great time was had by all.
I am doing well here in beautiful downtown Saint John. I will not be
going to Thailand this year, but am hopeful that next year will be the
year. I will be staying pretty close to home except for 2 weeks in
Venice Florida in January. I have a great old friend
who winters there, and has invited me down. I have never been to
Florida before, so I am looking forward to the trip. I am also hoping to
visit Vancouver and surrounding areas sometime in the spring. Hope I
can see you when I am out there. Have a great Birthday my friend, and many more... Cheers... Bill
