Just back from War Eagle where we had a wonderful day. I cycled back to Falcon at 7:30am to beat the traffic and the heat. Cora Lee went to church at West Hawk and then came to pick me up. We drove back to War Eagle and spent most of the afternoon cleaning up the yard. Nana and I moved a large pile of scrap lumber around the side of the cabin so front is looking very attractive. Great meal on the deck before we drove back to Falcon. Had to come to almost a complete stop between West Hawk and Falcon for a large deer. It seemed to be limping so we wondered if it had been hit at some point. Love, Dad!
